Outside Sales Account Executive!
Positions available at a Telecommunications industry leader!
Our client, a major Telecommunications company, is expanding their sales force in the Bay Areas to broaden their market share to small businesses, and the west coast is the fastest growing region in the country! They’re spending lots of money reshaping their image in the workplace to become a premier employer of choice, and they need to build their brand with a culture of top performers that want to start a career, not just fill a job. In fact, they were just rated by BusinessWeek among the top 100 places to launch a career and there are many diverse career paths for employees!
This position calls for individuals with some outside sales experience who have demonstrated they can successfully knock on doors and close deals. You would be tapping into a new market with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions!
The compensation is very competitive, and the benefits and perks are excellent!
Base salary plus uncapped commissions with a targeted overall compensation of over $87,000.
Benefits including: Medical, Dental, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, blackberry, laptop, generous mileage reimbursement (58.5 cents/mile), free internet, premium cable and deeply discounted phone.
Requirements
You would be mainly out on the road, calling on small businesses (not corporate offices but small mom & pop shops and retail stores, deli’s, pizzerias, coffee shops, jewelry stores etc...). This is a hunter / closer role with a high transaction / quick sales cycle environment. For the right person (highly energetic and personable), this job can be very lucrative and fun (meeting lots of new people every day). It is not an account manager / ongoing relationship management type of position.
