Does ADP have national sales meetings where all of the reps get together? Also, does anyone know how many reps ADP has?

I have friend that use to work for them and I dont remember him talking about the type of big POA's we have in pharma. I think they only had local and regional meetings.

Depends on the division, in RS there are.

If you would like to know how many reps ADP has take a number in your head lets call it 40,000 now take that number divide by 1/3 and then take number and divide it by 50%.
Gotta love lay offs......this company is getting more terrible as the years go buy i hope I have not screwed myself by staying so long and being and over acheiver someone sold me that Koolaid and must have slipped a robot pill in there when I was not looking.

Depends on division. Big company, lots of variances. Nationals has an annual sales meeting, usually in Las Vegas, last one was in San Antonio. Skipped it this year due to the economy.

They used to have national meetings. Haven't had one in about three years.

Hilarious and great comment about the "poonannny" at annual meetings. Ceridian was the same way at training and conferences. Every other year Ceridian does a global meeting and the Euros party like rock stars' girlfriends. Pulling gorgeous women out of the "after-party" at those award banquets was like spearfishing in a barrel. And the U.S.-only meeting was just as good. Maybe that's why they have have it in Orlando - not for nothing that they call it The Magic Kingdom...

Man, the poonanny I used to get at those meetings too!

You know who use to get 'poonanny' just because of his position of power? Look into the North East area for a bald guy with a crooked jaw. Yeah, he's the biggest scum of them all. One of them is now a mgr. Go figure.

Wait wait wait.

Is his initials S.M.? It was called the SBS division, maybe be called something different now. How funny is that. It's common knowledge that he would abuse his power when possible. Is he still there? If so, how is that dude getting away with it? I know it's a boys club frat party in that region, and they hire girls that don't mind (at least when I was there). Thank god I left that place. There was one cool mgr that was older, and too bad he left. Once he did, all the credibility left too. Then they brought in brain washing kool-aid drinking managers.

Bottom line, ADP is not the worst place to work for (unless you are working for that dude). Do two or no more than 3 years and get out. If you can land something better, quicker, then do so. It's not a career, no matter what they tell you.
