I truly agree.....Cintas is the biggest joke out there!!! I worked in the SF Bay Area as a sales rep and my managers were the biggest douchebags ever. AU, AD, and JK were the biggest a**holes I have ever worked with. All the reps would talk crap about every single one of them and the turnover was ridiculous. I hated working everyday there and would go home early and never set appointments. They made you call for appointments during a 4-hour period which they called phone block. Yeah....like owners want you to come to their business and try to sell them uniforms or bathroom products.

Cints is a joke!!!!! They are to cheap with everything, Sorry i mean "Spartan". Everyone is always worried about their numbers and no one cares about the customers.

"I can't order a mats for our customers, my budget!!!"

They act like we don't make a ridiculous profit on everything. Then they cut your commissions and expenses to the bone. "Sorry our service sucks and we lost your acct, but at least now we don't have to pay you."

Trying to get my manager to give me a print out of my commissions to see what they are paying me is like pulling teeth. Then they sheepishly hand them over, after you beg them and they are all wrong.

They treat you like a piece of shit if you are savvy and catch on to their bullshit. They hate getting caught.

Cintas is a joke ! supplies are always not there. So you gotta bullshit the customer cuz if not your boss gets on top of you and his boss gets in top of him...At the end of the day there is no supplies for customer...Reused items look like there were made back in 1923.shop towels as well....Oh and everyone complains cuz the clothes smell...Oh and managers run routes ...it's all dis-organized. Your better of at BK. Money is good for a while but labor is a bitch...You go to an account with 5 bar mops , invoice says 10...but you got only 5 cuz the location gave you only 5 cuz there is nooooooo mooreeee. You gotta lie to the customer. It sucks and charge them as well..And say you will be back tomorrow..Mind you tomorrow your in another city.....Plus !! Cintas driver are even stealing from the company...makes business worst. Next time you see a cintas truck ( I SWEAR ) go up to them and watch they try to sell you a item or papr towels..Money in the pocket !! IT's a joke!! No manager cares cuz they pocket money too...Guys i know the inside...you get in...get out fast...the company is dropping slowly....drop..drop...customers are even breaking contracts !!! JOKE !!!
