I am preparing for an interview with Ricoh and would welcome any advice or suggestions that would help me stand out as a good, solid candidate for a sales rep position. I have a marketing degree but no b2b experrience (only retail). I have a great work ethic and motivated to be successful. Thank you.

use terms like solution selling, can handle rejection, I'm a hunter, and remember to ask the question at the end "Is there any reason you can not see me being part of your team?"

Do your research and find the key skills that make up a successful copier sales rep. Write these skills down, for each of these skills find a time in your past where you have shown this skill. The better your story, the better your chance of getting the job.
Make sure to close at the end of the interview "Mr. Manager, after speaking with me today is there any reason that would hold you back from hiring me for this position?"
This was all it took for me, and then he should tell you a time line for an offer.
"If he says something like, "well we have to take a look at some other candidates...we need time to think this over..." close with, "Well I understand that you still giving the other candidates...thinking it over....is the fair thing to do, but again I want to reiterate my ability to (place the top 3-5 skills you possess that will make you successful in the job. Would it be alright if I got your business card so that I could follow up with you in a few days after you have had time to review other candidates/think it over?
He/she should then give you a business card and you would follow up at a proper time. If they don't give you a business card then you screwed up. Ask them you understand this and what they think you might be able to do better the second around, because you want the chance. Take advice, learn, move on and stay in touch.

This is damn good advice. I was in copiers for a year, did pharma for 3 years and am now in medical device. Over the past 7 years my income went from 30K a year (starting copiers) to 175k...and I attribute most of success to the school of hard knocks of copier sales. You will learn a lot and it is very respected in the higher end sales position you will no doubt go for in the future.
