Anyone have any insight into the office in Nashville? If so, what can you tell me about it?

Yes. Don't do it. They just laid off half of their team. And I hear that manager is the worst.

Can you elaborate on what you've heard about the manager? Any thoughts on why they're hiring if they just went through lay-offs?

The layoffs were for managers, not reps...unless you're talking about SBS, in that case, they suck

What division? Small Business or Majors? I have a friend who works in Small biz. And that was the manager that I heard was awful, but I think he's been let go recently. From what I understand, small biz is the division that laid off half of the team. All of the reps are scared. And they aren't really hiring. They are just required to interview so many people per week/month.

Well, they have a Major posted right now so that would be what I'd apply for if I did so at all. How are they in Majors?

Majors is a better place to be.

Thanks. I will probably go ahead and apply then. I see there's another thread from someone on here about this topic already but would you happen to know what type of compensation a Major rep can expect?

When you first start out you are in a high base salary of about $70,000. Then once you start earning commission it goes down, but I am not sure what it goes to...Probably no lower than 55. I am not sure what a total realistic # would be though.

Yes as I happen to be a regional recruiter for ADP. ADP is actually growing and opening a new office for its Totalsource division in Nashville. Big things to come! We are looking for Sr Sales reps 5-15 years of b2b, hunting type background
