Why is turnover so high here? I just got offered a sales position and the base isn't bad and it doesn't seem like it would be a very hard job.

$600 - $650 per week, $150 per week car allowance, $65 per week phone allowance plus commission which varies

Because its a ground pounding beat your dick in the dirt cold calling beginning sales job. If you want to do this type of work, go to Cintas. The base is 45 k and you get 10k per year for your car.
