Sanofi Pasteur used to be a great company to work for. I am a current employee and I am looking for a job. Morale is terrible. Management is worst. They began layoffs already. Managers do not know what they are doing. A lot of administrative work and no time to sale. It is better to stay at home and do all the admin work. Money is not good. If you get promoted you do not get a raise (Sales Reps). No family time. Terrible company. What a same. SP Insider

If you are interested in Medical consider trauma or joint replacement. Synthes is tops in trauma. Although they are suspicious of pharma, if you can show record of success and work ethic they will consider you.
You need to focus on how much you are interested in playing a role in the ER and how well you can sell. Don't focus on the money in the interview. For the first year or two you probably wont make what you did in pharma, but after that you can go much higher.
