SSR to Sales Representative position

Is it easy to move from an SSR position to an outside sales position if you have a college degree? For instance, if I work as an SSR for a year or so and work hard to make Pinnacle Club is Cintas pretty good about hiring from within?

Cintas will bring anyone on to the sales force who wants to work like a dog and get micro managed. it will be an easier transition for you but expect to work your butt off and do 100 cold calls per week. not to mention phone blocking taquerias to make your number for the week. great stepping stone into something else
