Are you tired of points? Half a point for sneezing, a full point for getting in a car wreak! Don't even get me stared on video shops! What really gets to me is the company wants me to be all happy and smiling and its all ok to the customer, "make it seamless" "show that you care" but do they give a hot dam about you? I hear that they have a Japanese prototype rsa in testing! lol.....kinda

Are you talking about AT&T mobility? or are you talking about selling business services? What are the points? How are they awarded?

Yes, AT&T Mobility. If you are 1 min. late you get 1/2 a point. Call in sick a full point. Get over 7, your toast.

So this is the way that they control employee behaviour? And companies wonder why people hate their jobs.

Can you tell us more about this point system? For example what is the time period that the points cover, over a quarter, a year, etc. Do you start each period fresh with no points?
