Is Cintas a good company to work for

It is ok. But the pay is not that great.

i worked there for 4 years...its a burn and turn sales job......

5 years contracts....commodity industry....

i heard they now have micromanaged daily activity reports with time stamps...

Plus they overhire sales people and use management trainees to fill sales position when people loss there sanity and move on....

It could be a good stepping stone..but not a long term job.....
