I started out with Cintas and think it's a great place to get B2B sales experience. You may not be selling the coolest products, but they are an industry leader and if you work hard and like to sell you will exceed your numbers and make decent money for entry level B2B.

It was a great place to gain b2b experience. After 2 years, I could no longer the phone blocks, 30 cold calls a day, and micro-manager. Not to mention the pay was pretty low for a b2b. I'm so glad to be out of there for many reasons. The grass is greener on the other side, companies treat their employees with respect, and pay them for their hard work.

Good experience, but everyone had the same quota regardless of territories. I was in a more rural area and my buddy was more affluent urban arreas. He would park his car and walk a block and make his qouta of 175 weekly business on Tuesday and sandbag for the next week. Playing golf 3 days a week. I would have to sometimes pull a 6 day work week driving 700 miles a week. Pretty unfair and no excuses at Cintas.

Good luck trying to transfer with this shitty company. I know of several people who tried to transfer or relocate with the company and instead of helping, the managers either fired them or pushed them out. Cintas is the absolute worst company to work for if you want to relocate.
