recruiter almost bugging me about benefits position

I am about to accept a position in Oil and Gas sales and a recruiter is wanting me to interview for a benefits position at paychex that he says pays 100k at plan. whats the good/bad/ugly with this division?

Oil and Gas is going to be huge in the near future if you are with a good company.

Ha! You can definitely make good money at Paychex...but if I had to chose, I would say go with the oil and gas company.

Not first year you wont selling 401K. Not Payroll and not HR Solutions. No way you will make 100K first year. Also the company is having problems so I would stick to oil an gas
