Hahahaha! Yeah, peanuts for pay, unfortunately, unrealistic opportunity for large bonus. But hey, it'll get you some B2B exposure and you can land a better paying job after a year or 2. It's the same at ADP.

I was given an offer recently and turned it down for another sales position. This is in Boston, MA.
They give the same base salary to everyone no matter your previous sales experience.
44k base
21-26k in bonus-this is very unrealistic for a 1st year associate. The regions goals are extremely high and 10-12k is more realistic.
$300/month tax free car allowance and no mil. reimbursement-this is very low even though it is tax free.
Paid cell phone

If you are only making 10-12k commision first year then you are not working more than you are not doing your job, furthermore 21-26 is low. Is this for assistant sales rep or recently termed territory ready rep? If you have the work ethic, the job is a 6 figure job when in outside sales for Paychex. My worst year was 80k, my best 130k, should do 125k this year. Its a good job, you just have to be willing to work hard.
